With a background as a social impact strategist, Lee is passionate about helping businesses, governments, and NGOs strategically define and measure impact, build organisational capacity, and increase meaningful engagement with stakeholders.

Lee has 20 years’ experience as an advisor, facilitator, speaker, and non-executive director—helping remove the roadblocks organisations face when creating better outcomes or building their social licence. His work blends passion with pragmatism, believing that profit and purpose aren't in spite of each other, but in service to each other.

Lee is also a Director of both the Australian Musical Theatre Festival and Pride by Side, and has been awarded as an AICD Scholar, Victorian LGBTQIA+ Leader, Good Design Award Winner, IYF Global Laureate Fellow, D&F Fellow, and G20 Australian Youth Representative.

In his free time, Lee is a volunteer with Seeing Eye Dogs, aspiring children’s author, and responsible for digital platform Future Postbox.
